I’m Rain, a sauna enthusiast and trainer. I remember my first sauna memories from childhood, when I used to go to the smoke sauna in the countryside every week. The sauna’s essence \u2013 its hot stove and the alluring scent of sauna whisks \u2013 has always fascinated me. In a sauna, people typically enjoy the steam and chat. But I offer more than that. For the last seven years, I have been conducting engaging sauna rituals for people and creating experiences that remain memorable for a long time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’m Indrek, from the lineage of Himmade musicians, passionately dedicated to combining sauna culture with therapy. My background is in peer counseling, music, certified sound therapy, and teaching active meditation. The experience I offer is a therapeutic journey through saunas, where I use carefully selected therapeutic musical instruments. This combination, where sauna heat relieves physical tension and soothing sounds create harmony in the space, offers complete relaxation. My respect for indigenous culture and the healthy traditions of our ancestors has inspired me to incorporate runo songs into my rituals, often accompanied by a shamanic drum. My mission is to revive and preserve ancient, forgotten lifestyles that help achieve balance in body and soul, bringing power and joy there. I’m a sauna master characterized by music, mystical sounds, and song.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Visiting the sauna has been my passion since childhood. I firmly believe that the secret to my good health lies in sauna visits, drinking homemade milk, and enjoying my grandmother\u2019s delicious food. For over five years, I have been devotedly performing sauna rituals, finding true peace of heart in this activity. It takes no more than a couple of days before you’ll find me in the sauna again, waving a towel and sharing a warm embrace with people. I am a passionate and loyal friend, always finding the time and desire to help friends and loved ones. Currently, I’m a full-time student, but in my free time, I do a lot more – I go to the gym, play volleyball and tennis, and sing in the EBS choir. I\u2019m Madis M\u00e4dam\u00fcrk, but friends know me as \u201cSaunaMadis.\u201d The sauna has been my passion and hobby for over 20 years. During this time, I\u2019ve developed my own sauna rituals, inspired by Russian, South Estonian, and Lithuanian traditions. For me, the sauna is not just a place to wash the body \u2013 it\u2019s a space where we care for the body, mind, and spirit all at once. My rituals weave together the sauna master, the guests, sauna whisks, scents, sounds, and rhythms \u2013 with honey and salt also playing their part. Over the years, I\u2019ve hosted both joyful, playful sauna evenings and deeper, more spiritual experiences. In addition, I have studied the constellation method for many years and hold a certification as a family and business constellator. This means you can also book a sauna experience that can be enriched, if you wish, with a themed discussion or constellation work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, regularly visiting the sauna has sparked in me a desire to share my experiences and knowledge about sauna traditions and their health benefits with others. My passion has led me into the wonderful world of saunas, where I now organize unforgettable sauna experiences. My goal is to offer others the opportunity to experience the deeper layers of a sauna visit, discovering its mental and physical benefits. My name is Erko, and I have never thought of myself as a \u201csauna man,\u201d nor have I searched for a role or special meaning for sauna in my life. Sauna found its way to me on its own, settled into its place, and has stayed with me since early childhood. In the sauna, it is enough to simply and sincerely be present. As my grandmother once said to my grandfather: \u201cGo to the sauna, wash yourself clean, and then we\u2019ll talk.\u201d For me, sauna is a place to cleanse oneself of the everyday rush \u2014 both externally and internally \u2014 and to return to daily life clearer, fresher, and more whole. It really is that simple: just being, and even \u201cdoing nothing,\u201d as Mr. Fred J\u00fcssi has said. I am a man of many trades \u2014 a teacher, trainer, conversationalist, dealer, actor, vocal improviser, mentor, bartender, and sauna master. There are many titles and roles, but they are all connected by one thing: presence in the moment, the ability to notice and take care of oneself, and through that, to support the journey of others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Toomas Ojasaar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordion player<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toomas Ojasaar is a folk accordion player from P\u00f5lvamaa, who has been playing since 2008. Initially focusing on instrumental skills, Toomas earned numerous first-place awards in various competitions, the most notable being the title of Accordion King in V\u00f5ru in 2014. In addition to playing the instrument, he has also brought his singing voice into the spotlight, performing across Estonia with both music and song. Toomas\u2019s accordion music adds a unique atmosphere to sauna rituals. Piret Aus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Folk musician<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Piret is a traditional folk musician, educator, and cultural organizer from Viljandi whose initiative has turned many ideas that at first seemed impossible into reality. Her main instrument is the accordion, but in recent years she has become a close companion of the karmo\u0161ka<\/em>, sharing the joy of music-making on both sides of the Gulf of Finland. She is a highly sought-after instrument teacher and was awarded the title \u201cFolk Musician of the Year 2024\u201d by the Estonian Folk Dance and Folk Music Society. Under Piret\u2019s leadership, communal singing events have taken place on Gotland and Kihnu Island, in the city of Narva and by Lake V\u00f5rtsj\u00e4rv, not to mention Trondheim, Tartu, and Tampere. Piret has a great sense of humor, and one thing is certain: you may go to the sauna with anger, but on stage, you must sing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
